DO YOU OFFER VIDEO CONSULTATIONS?

We are happy to chat via text or video whenever possible. However there are somethings that will require us to actually go to your house to be sure we are providing the best possible solution to your problem.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We generally prefer check or Zelle, however we have various ways for you to pay and are happy to do what we can.

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?

Generally speaking we do not charge by the hour. With 23 years doing this work we have a good feel of how long things should take and usually just charge a fee based on the perceived time required.

DO YOU CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE?

We have general liability to cover everything we do from weekly service to a full pool remodel.

WHAT DO I DO IN CASE OF A FREEZE?

Generally speaking, your pool system should have a freeze guard that will turn on the necessary equipment when the temperatures gets to low. If however this doesn't happen or you lose power during a freeze click on the the question mark above this question to learn what you can do.
